A line of satellite trucks and TV vans as well as about nine reporters is prompting drivers to slow down to get a look.
Biden left his home at about 11:30 a.m. and told reporters he was going to visit the trash dump to dispose of tree branches.
“I had a good dump,” Biden said when he returned shortly after 1 p.m.
He then informed the reporters he had nothing new to add about the rumors of him being the VP candidate.
