I did not know this! Some day soon, in the not-too-distant future, budding writers and artists are going to flock to the Westcott neighborhood (my guess is most inspiration will be found on Redfield Nation, specifically) to live nearby the past homes of Lou Reed, David Foster Wallace, and Christopher P. Miller.
